In 2007, Marines stationed in Iraq requested assistance from the Corporal Christopher Kelly Willis foundation in providing educational supplies for an elementary school in Ubaydi. The CCKWF purchased and shipped supplies including pencils, paper, crayons, rulers, and all the items needed for the children to get started in a new school year. Marines and local Iraqi officials distributed the supplies to the children. It is the hope of the CCKWF that these supplies will assist in educating the Iraqi children so they and their country (and in turn ours) may have a brighter future. Thank you to the Marines for the opportunity to continue the CCKWF Great Rewards for Great Warriors.
